For my first idea i would have a person walking home from school (so about ten past three in the afternoon)using a point of view shot. There are lots of strange noises around the person as there is no body in the area, but suddenly the person is jumped out on and he is scared by one of his friends but the audience doesn't know this so there is some narrative enigma and it would end with a close up of the person who has jumped out to make the audiences heart irregular. The overall story (narrative) of the film is that its a horror and eventually someone does jump out on the two main characters when they are on there way home from a party they have been to and the same actions take place like at the beginning (the scare) and one of them is killed and one gets away, but the boy who has been killed is a victim of bullying from the beginning. The target audience is for a youth audience (15-35) as the main characters are teenage boys and there is a lot of drama. I would make the film certificate as a 15 (BBFC) because it has a killing in it so the genre is a slasher and horror so there would be disturbing images.

There will be 2 characters who will be both males, who are teenagers, about 16-17 years old and are wearing casual clothing (jeans, t-shirt, hoody etc). Both Caucasian. There will be no props needed in the first two minutes as it is all trying to be as realistic as possible.
The setting is in a normal town (rural) such as Ilkley, but when the 'scare' happens it is down a snicket where there are no rural features, its dark and feels unsafe which would create the genre of the film.
There would also be credits at the begging like the title and 'production company', but the credits will mainly be at the end to say who starred in the production and add a cliff hanger such as 'To Be Continued'.
I would add some music when the character starts to look around him (a sound of strings to create tension and a suspense atmosphere. I would also emphasise the person who is walking back from school breathing and footsteps to create the genre type.
My second idea would be that two friends are walking on there way to school and are talking about school and they suddenly see a car come past them at high speeds and looks like it is really unsafe or there is something wrong so the dutch angle could be used here. Then suddenly a screech noise and clash which makes the two students come towards a halt and they look at each other using the 180-degree rule and they suddenly start to run off and the camera uses a long shot and gradually fades out. The target audience would be for the youth aged between 15-25 because the main characters are teenagers and there is a lot of drama. The BBFC rating for my second idea would be a 12A because there would be some strong language at times and it may contain mild bloody images at times.

There will be only two characters, one female and one male who are both in casual clothing. They would be around 16 and both are Caucasian.
The setting would be near a main road but in a rural area where a school would be, like in a town such as ilkley or even a city.
There would be a title at the beginning with some credits either at the end giving details on who has been in the production etc, but not just to put them on a black plain background i would add flashing lights to signify the type of genre.
I wouldn't add any music as it wouldn't fit the whole scene, but i would do some editing such as emphasize noises to attract the audience and to create the genre.
